Middlesex University’s visit to Hobsons

Hobsons Middlesex

Yesterday a group from Middlesex University visited the Hobsons office to undertake training from Product Manager Shiloh Rose. The twelve who joined were from Admissions, International Marketing, Recruitment and the Schools Marketing Team, with a variety of roles and responsibilities across the university. The team who came in were being trained so that they could become ‘Superusers’ and Ambassadors of Connect, and be an effective point of contact in their university for enquiries.

It was great to welcome in the team from Middlesex University, who have partnered with Hobsons for over seven years now. With yesterday’s training, knowledge of the product can be shared across an even greater number of teams and departments than before, allowing more students and staff to benefit from the efficiencies and increased organisation brought with effective use of Connect.
